Terms of Service

1. Use of Chitchatts

You agree to use Chitchatts lawfully and respectfully. Abuse, harassment, fraud, or attempts to bypass platform safeguards are prohibited.

2. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for your account activity, login credentials, and protecting access to your account. We may suspend or restrict accounts involved in abuse or policy violations.

3. Content and Moderation

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Chitchatts a license to host and display it within the service. Chitchatts is a family-friendly platform with heavy moderation of images, videos, messages, comments, and profile content. We may review, restrict, remove, or report content that violates these terms, community rules, or applicable law.

The following are strictly prohibited, including in jokes, coded language, edited media, or repeated targeting:

• Hate speech or hateful conduct, including negative or rude attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age, or protected status.
• Bullying, harassment, threats, stalking, intimidation, humiliation, or encouragement of self-harm or violence.
• Sexual exploitation, explicit sexual content, graphic violence, child endangerment content, or other unsafe material.
• Fraud, impersonation, scams, malicious deception, and deliberate misinformation that harms others.

All members must be kind and courteous to each other. If you violate these rules, Chitchatts may cancel your access and permanently ban your account without refund, warning, or reinstatement.

4. Rewards and Payouts

Reward simulations are informational unless explicit payout terms are provided. Any real payout program may require additional eligibility, compliance, and tax validation.

5. Changes

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the revised terms.

6. As-Is Service and Availability

Chitchatts is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, message delivery, or that any feature will remain available over time.

7. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chitchatts disclaims all express or implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and reliability of service operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chitchatts and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption arising from or related to use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Chitchatts and its operators from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
